According to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg, the Big Ten’s second-leading rusher will be out with a sprained knee that he suffered last week in the win against Purdue.
The No. 7 Badgers will be forced to use sophomore Montee Ball and freshman James White to fill in for Clay.
Clay has rushed for 929 yards and 13 touchdowns for Wisconsin, who is looking to keep up with Michigan State, Ohio State, and Iowa in the Big Ten championship race.
