9919 Jefferson Boulevard is located in Culver City, United States. In recent years the City has witnessed an influx of galleries, graphic design houses, architectural firms, executive and marketing offices of major apparel companies and entertainment companies. Designed by Steven Ehrlich Architects, this project consists of two three-story office buildings consisting of approximately 113,000 gross sq ft of building program and 122, 000 sq ft of subterranean garage. Project to be LEED certified.

All building including stairs, elevators and restrooms have been taken to the outside in order to provide for a maximum of uninterrupted lease space. The two buildings share a vertical circulation core, located in between the structures within the courtyard space, with additional stairs at the front and the back of the buildings.

Design Material – Progressive exterior of architectural steel framing, green tinted solar glass, and a signature mosaic panel system. Concrete floors, ceilings, columns and balconies. Building Features – Exterior walkways and corridors.  Two levels of subterranean parking.  Spacious outdoor courtyard with seating and lush landscaping.
