Emerald Lake Lodge offers a true escape from a modern life. The lodge is located in the Yoho National Park, Canada. The resort offers 24 cabin style buildings that are designed to combining the architecture of the old lodge and the local natural atmosphere. There are no televisions and no internet access.

The Lodge features 85 luxurious guest rooms offering mountain or lake views. They are equipped with all you need to your mountain vacation like massive stone fireplaces, coffee or tea makers, hair dryers, climate control, bathrooms with shower or tub combinations, cordless phones, irons and ironing boards.

Other lodge amenities include a health club, a spa tub, a steam room, a sauna, a business center, a small meeting room, a restaurant and bar/lounge and ski storage. The resort is ocated in the majestic Okanagan Valley in Vernon, Canada. This region recognised for its majestic mountains, refreshing waters, lush vineyards, world-class golf and skiing. Designed by Cannon Design, here you will find an extreme hotel exterior and facade design. Opened in April 2010, Sparkling Hill Resort permits of its guests to indulge in wellness, relaxation and championship golf during their stay.

The extraordinary resort offers 152-rooms and a full range of over 100 treatments, each specifically designed to refresh and rejuvenate the body. About three million Swarovski crystals were used to decorate the hotel. The Signature Treatment at Sparkling Hill Resort’s Kur Spa is Cold Sauna. It’s the first of this type in North America.
Each of sauna‘ wood-lined chamber is big enough to accommodate three to four people. It set at progressively lower degrees of cold (-60 degrees to -110 or colder). The therapeutic effects of deep cold therapy (also called “cryotherapy”) it’s “not a magic cure, but mainly used to assist with recovery” from conditions such as musculoskeletal issues, depression and fatigue said wellness manager Tinus Pieterson.
