Saturday, Illinois and Northwestern will hit the field for a Big Ten match-up. That’ not the interesting part. The interesting part is the fact they will be playing at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs.
It’s not the first time that the historic baseball field has been used for the gridiron. For five decades, the Chicago Bears called Wrigley Field their home until they moved to Soldier Field.
